Democratic Party of Wisconsin Announces New Communications DirectorToday, the Democratic Party of Wisconsin announced the hiring of their new Communications Director, Brandon Weathersby.
"We're extremely excited to have someone like Brandon joining our team during this critical election year," Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chairwoman Martha Laning said on Wednesday. "Brandon's experience and skill set are a welcome addition to our effort to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in November, and beyond."
Weathersby was a member on Tammy Baldwin's communications staff during her successful campaign for U.S. Senate in 2012, and served as Deputy Communications Director for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin during the 2014 election cycle. Most recently Brandon worked as a Legislative Aide in the Wisconsin State Assembly for Representatives Cory Mason and Mandela Barnes.
