Courtney is a Dr. TNT graduate who earned her Masters of Social Work from the University of Washington in St. Louis in 2012. She is currently living and working in Springfield, MO as a Regional Program Manger for a non-profit organization called Enactus. Enactus works with college students to do community outreach projects locally and around the world to improve the quality of life and standard of living of a population in some type of way. Courtney says:
"what makes our organization a little different from others is that we work with fortune 500 companies who support our program financially, recruit our students, and increase their social corporate responsibility. This means a greater impact on the world."
Courtney manages college teams and team-donor relationships in the Southeast region of the country. She travels a lot in this position but it is a great experience to give back to different communities around the world.
